Using a pair of 10# DB’s for all exercises but the rowing, complete 3 rounds of the following
Thrusters 1 min for reps
Sumo Deadlift High-Pull 1 min for reps
Push-Press 1 min for reps
Row 1 min for calories
Rest 1 min
Record reps (or calories) to comments
In this workout you move from each of four stations after a minute. This is a four-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
