Our Facility

Our gym is designed with your fitness needs in mind. We have a spacious, clean, and well-organized gym that features a wide array of equipment to support a variety of training programs. From a large collection of dumbbells and specialty bars to sandbags, sleds, and cable machines, we offer everything you need to train effectively. Our setup includes 44 feet of rig space with 10 to 12 squat racks, along with additional portable racks. For cardio and functional fitness, we have rowers, air bikes, and strongman equipment. One of the highlights of our facility is our large garage doors that open up to let in fresh air during good weather, creating a refreshing environment for your workouts. We also maintain a very clean space, which is one of the biggest compliments we receive from our members.

At Mass Strength and Conditioning, we believe in variety and avoiding overuse injuries, so our facility is stocked with equipment that allows for diverse training options.
