Joe Venuti

OWNER
Joe’s past and present athletic interests include collegiate lacrosse, competitive volleyball, mountain biking, martial arts and fitness training. At Mass Strength and Conditioning, Joe focuses on tailoring training for client’s individual needs, abilities and goals.
Joe is extremely enthusiastic about continuing to fine tune his expertise in different methodologies and about sharing this knowledge with his clients. Joe has also continuously trained in Chinese martial arts since 1992. Since 2001, he has been one of only a few authorized instructors in the Ch’iang Shan Ba Gua Zhang Association. Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1990.

Alessandra Bisalti

PERSONAL TRAINER
Photographer A member of Mass Strength and Conditioning since its inception, Alessandra has built up nearly a decade of first-hand knowledge and experience to share with her athletes. Alessandra was a high school athlete who turned to strength training as a way to up her game.

The combination of personalized programming plus group classes that offered varied training modalities ultimately landed her on the varsity soccer team, just a year after she was cut from junior varsity. In fact, tryouts for the varsity team felt “easy”. This left her with no doubt of the power of weightlifting. Alessandra works hard to understand and appreciate each individual’s personal journey. Whether you are training to compete, gearing up for a Spartan race, or trying to maintain a consistent, productive routine even with a busy personal and professional schedule, her goal is to help you reach yours. A hallmark of her coaching style is not letting you get caught up in what you can’t do, but celebrating what you can do. You’ll make gains quickly and safely. Known for a hard work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to continue learning, Alessandra is an integral member of Mass Strength & Conditioning. Her fascination with coffee, cats, and boy bands only adds to her charm. She holds various certifications and has attended multiple workshops in Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebell, and Clean and Snatch. She is currently working on her Pre &Postnatal Certification.

Kari Robinson

FITNESS COACH
Kari Robinson is a dynamic fitness coach at Mass Strength and Conditioning, celebrated for her energetic and motivating training sessions. With a background in sports science and years of experience in the fitness industry, Kari specializes in creating effective workout routines that cater to all fitness levels. Her enthusiasm and dedication inspire clients to push their limits and achieve their personal best.

James Cormack

POWERLIFTING COACH
James Cormack is a skilled powerlifting coach at Mass Strength and Conditioning, esteemed for his expertise in strength training and competitive lifting. With a solid foundation in exercise physiology and extensive experience in powerlifting, James designs comprehensive training programs that enhance strength, technique, and performance.

We use professional-grade strength and conditioning equipment chosen for safety, efficiency, and real-world strength. Our fitness studio is equipped with barbells, racks, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, cable systems, and conditioning tools that allow us to scale training to the individual. Everything we use supports purposeful movement, progressive loading, and coaching-not crowded machines or gimmicks.

Our facility is clean, organized, and designed for focused training-not crowded classes or chaos. We offer a calm, coached environment with plenty of space to move, individualized setups for each session, and a community of members who value consistency and progress. Unlike big-box gyms, every detail of the space supports coaching, accountability, and long-term results. We also love opening our two large garage doors in the nicer weather.
