Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 30 minutes

5 Sit-ups
5 Jump Touches, 18″ target
5 Lunges

Add 5 reps to each exercise each round.
Your score is the total number of reps completed. You may divide the work however you choose, but only one team member may work at a time.
