Jim August 17, 2009 at 9:18 pm 5 sets of 1/2 of a 200m run at a slow pace, and 15 reps of overhead squats with a Barbie-Goes-To-The-Gym Bar Finished in 10:35 or something like that. Mental fog. Drove down the street, parked the truck and called a cab for a ride home. My body is now only 42% water. The rest is on the garage floor.

Treadmill running =is= easier, mainly because it tends to pull you along.Next time you can try using a 1% incline to simulate outdoor running. Jim, let me know if you’re going to do that again anytime soon. That way I can get my flood coverage increased
