I’ve been looking up all different kinds of recipes that use dill due to the volume we received in the CSA this past week. I happened to come across this recipe that looked like it used a good amount, and was easy!
I don’t really use dill when I cook, so this opened up a new flavor profile for me. It was quick to prep, quick to cook, and the final result was enjoyable.
