This is an easy meal that can be thrown together and made in bulk, great for meal prep! The most time consuming part of this recipe is all the chopping.

Cook Time: Less than 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Summer Squash
Zucchini
Sweet Onion
Peas (de-shelled)
Garlic Scapes
Sandwich Steak
Spices:
Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Cumin
Garlic Powder
Ground Coriander
Salt
Pepper
Liquids:
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce (Gluten Free)
Red Wine
1. Chop all the vegetables up to your preference. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok and put vegetables in to cook.
2. Chop steak and season with spices to taste. Put in pan once veggies are half cooked and stir.
3. Add soy sauce to taste and stir. Let simmer for a couple minutes.
4. Add red win to taste and stir. Let simmer for a couple minutes.
