3 anchored sit-ups
Farmers walk 80 feet

Add 3 reps each round to the man makers and sit-ups.

One pair of dumbbells per team. Use the same dumbbells for Man Makers, anchored sit-ups and farmers walks.

The teams score is the total number or Man Makers completed.
