Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 2 minutes:
35 pound Dumbbell Push-Press, 15 reps
35 pound Double Dumbbell Swing, 15 reps

Rest 2 mintues and repeat 1 more times

Rest 5 mins and repeat the above for 4 total rounds.
