Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 2 minutes:
55 pound Dumbbell Swing, 9 reps
Push-ups, 9 reps
Rest 2 minutes and repeat once
Rest 5 minutes then repeat the above once for a total of 4 rounds of work
