  1. 11:25, running, not rowing. I had a few difficulties with the treadmill stopping in the middle, but this should be fairly accurate.

    Pushups:
    1st round 5 regular 5 women’s
    2nd round 4 regular 6 women’s
    3rd round 3 regular 7 women’s
    4th round 3 regular 7 women’s
    5th round 2 regular 8 women’s

  3. Used Treadmill and regular pushups.

    Time 9:05.

    Had the treadmill up to 7.6 at one point. Have never gone that fast for any time at all.
