Shaved Steak Stir Fry

Cook time: < 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Shaved steak
Carrot
Zucchini
Sweet onion
Green onion (for garnish)
Garlic
EVOO
Spices:
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Chinese Five Spice
GF soy sauce
*Optional – Steamed Basmati Rice
 
Instructions:
1. 
Prep your veggies to be cooked. Shave the carrot into ribbons and noodle zucchini however you prefer. Julienne your Sweet Onion and chop your garlic. Cut up Green onion and set to the side to garnish on top when finished.
2. Heat pan and drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the pan.
3. When pan is heated, throw carrot, zucchini, onion, and garlic into the pan to sautee.
4. Once veggies are cooked to preference, drop in shaved steak to cook.
5. Season the steak to taste with salt, pepper, chinese five spice, cumin, and gluten free soy sauce. Mix in pan.
6. Serve on a plate or over a steamed bed of your choice of rice – top with chopped green onion.
