Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Power Clean – Jerk x3.1

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 2 minutes:
50 pound Dumbbell swings, 20 reps
50 pound Goblet Squat, 20 reps
Sit up, 20 reps

Rest 2 minutes and repeat 1 more time.

Rest 5 minutes and repeat the above one for 4 total rounds.
