A2. Bent Dumbbell Rows 4x 6 – 8 reps

Complete 2 Rounds of the following:
35 pound 1 handed Dumbbell Push-press, 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
35 pound Snatch, 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Rest 2 minutes and repeat the above one more time.
