A1. Snatch Segment Deadlift 5 x 10-12
A2. Strict Dip 5 x 10-12

Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes:
135 pound Hang Power Clean x3
135 pound Press x 1
135 pound Front Squat x 2

Each round start with the Hang Power Clean from above the knees and finishes after the athlete stands up with the 2nd Front squat.
The bar touching the ground at any point in between equals an invalidation of the round.
