Partner 1: Holds a handstand on the wall.
Partner 2 rows for as many calories as possible
Partner 3 AirDyne for as many calories as possible
On any fault of partner 1’s Handstand hold the team must rotate stations in the order listed above. Your score is the total number of calories accumulated in the 12 min block.
