High Bar Back Squat 4 x 5-7
Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 2 minutes:
155 pound Front Squat, 6 reps
35 pound Pull-ups, 6 reps
Rest 2 minutes and repeat once
Rest 5 minutes then the above again for a total of 4 rounds of work.
