Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes –
Reverse Sled pull, 80′
Scap Pull-ups, 40 reps
Kettlebell Front Rack Carry, 200′
Scap Push-up, 40 reps
Athletes must split all work evenly. They must alternate the sled work and the carries but may work together on the pull-ups and push-ups.
