Complete as many 20 pound Wall Balls (10” target) as possible in 8 minutes while your partner rows. Switch every 200m.
Rest 3 minutes
Complete as many double unders as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performs 50 pound DB snatches.
Switch every 12 snatches.
Rest 3 minutes
Complete as many push-ups as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performs AirDynes for calories. Switch every 20 calories.
