Team Workout – Complete 6 Rounds
Partner 1: Heavy Sled Push – 100 feet
Partner 2: As many rounds as possible of –
Air Squat, 10 reps
Plank Shoulder Taps, 10 reps
Tuck-ups, 6 reps
As partner 1 pushes the sled, partner 2 completes as many rounds of the trio above.
6 rounds = 6 rounds per partner which is 12 rounds total.
