Male: 4 x 7-6-5-7 rest 2-3 mins
Female: 4 x 8-7-6-8 rest 2-3 mins
As many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:
Chest to Bar pull-up, 1 rep
Handstand Push-up, 1 rep
Each round a one rep to each exercise.
You may continue to climb until ONE set is broken.
Upon breaking in a set, complete that set and restart at 1 rep each exercise.
