Male: 4 x 7-6-5-5 rest 2-3 mins
Female: 4 x 8-7-6-6 rest 2-3 mins
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
14/20 pound Wallball, 10′ target 12 reps
115/135 pound Hang power clean, 8 reps
Rest 3 minutes, repeat the above set 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.
Record rounds & reps each round.
