A1 Chin-up
A2. Weighted Dips
Male: 5 x 4-6 reps
Female 5 x 6-8 reps
As many reps as possible in 14 minutes:
Dumbbell push-ups, 9 reps
2 handed Dumbbell Rows, 12 reps
2 handed Dumbbell Swings, 15 reps
Use the same Dumbbell’s for each exercise, you may not put the Dumbbells before the swings are completed.
