Athlete 1: 50 pound Kettlebell front rack walk 200 feet
Athlete 2: Renegade rows
Athlete 1 executes a 200′ KB front rack walk while athelete 2 completes as many renegade rows as possible.
Upon completion of the Front rack walk, teammates swap stations.
