1 Handed Dumbbell Upright Row 3 x 10-12 each side
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Chest to Bar pull-ups, 1 rep
Hand Release push-up, 1 rep
Each round a one rep to each exercise. You may continue to climb until ONE set is broken.
Upon breaking in a set, complete that set and restart at 1 rep each exercise.
