Zercher Squat 3 x 10-12 reps
Complete 4 rounds
As many reps as possible in 30 seconds:
40 pound Reverse lunges, 12 steps
40 pound Squat Snatches, 4/4 reps
Rest 2 minutes and repeat the above once more for a total of 8 rounds.
