Team Workout:
As many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:
185 pound Sled pull 160 feet
Airdyne for Calories

Each team consists of 3 members.
Member pulls the sled while the others Airdyne for Calories.
When team member one completes 160 feet of travel they rotate onto an Airdyne and another member take their place.
Score is the total number of calories on both Airdynes.
