Partner Workout:

10 Push-ups
10 Jump-Touches, 12″ target
10 Lunge
Run 100m

Add 10 reps and (100m run) to each exercise each round. Your score is
the total number of reps completed. You may divide the work however you
choose, but only one team member may work at a time. The entire team
must run together.
