Mass Strength & Conditioning is a personalized strength and conditioning gym in Lawrence, MA serving adults 40+, former athletes, busy professionals, and people who want to stay strong and pain-free long term. Unlike large group fitness gyms, every member at MS&C follows an individualized program based on assessments, body composition scans, strength testing, and coach feedback. Programs include Semi-Private Coaching, Individual Design, and 1-on-1 Personal Training — located just off Route 495 near the Valley Forum.

The 12-Week JumpStart is how most new members begin at Mass Strength & Conditioning — and for good reason. In 12 weeks, you’ll go from a complete assessment baseline to a trained, coached athlete with real results you can see and feel. This isn’t a generic program. Your workouts are designed around your goals, your body, and your movement quality — reviewed and updated by your assigned coach throughout.

After completing your 12 weeks, your membership transitions to $275/month Individual Design — and you’ll be eligible for our Enhanced Access program, giving you keyless gym entry 7 days a week, 6am–9pm.

Semi-Private Coaching at MS&C is nothing like a standard group fitness class. You and up to three other like-minded clients train under the close, hands-on supervision of a dedicated coach — but each of you is following your own individualized program. It’s the best of both worlds: the energy of a small community, the precision of personal training.

You’ll also have open access to the gym during regular hours for additional workouts, making this one of the highest-value memberships we offer for adults who want consistent, coached training with real accountability.

After your 12-Week JumpStart, Individual Design keeps your training moving forward with fully custom programming built by your coach and delivered through our app. You’ll train on your schedule, with your coach reviewing your progress, adjusting your program, and checking in regularly.
Individual Design members are eligible for Enhanced Access — our keyless entry system that opens the gym to you 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm. Train whenever it fits your life.
