Membership Adjustment

Any and all changes to your membership can be made by using the form below.

Any and all changes take effect 30 days from submission. Payments within that window will be processed as scheduled and the change will be applied to the next billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable.

If you’re canceling, we’re sorry to see you go!
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable, as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to meet one-on-one with a coach to come up with other options because you know how important your health is, just contact the gym now! If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement.
