I keep this coin on my grandfather’s chair.

I only have one memory of my maternal grandfather where he wasn’t completely paralyzed on his right side and wheelchair bound.

Growing up Saturday’s consisted of mom packing all the kids in the station wagon and trucking us all across Boston so she could help take care of her parents.

Memento Mori might 

be inevitable but how we live is up to us.

Everything you choose to do today is a vote for future you.
