You’re Not Missing Motivation — You’re Missing a Decision
“I can’t seem to find my motivation.”
I hear this all the time. And honestly?
I get why people feel this way.
There’s an overwhelming amount of information out there:
- Reddit threads promising the “secret”
- Endless tips, hacks, and ideas
- Fitness influencers sharing routines and daily habits
- Apps, trackers, gadgets… all designed to optimize everything
But here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
None of it is going to give you motivation.
You’re not going to find it scrolling.
You’re not going to find it copying someone else’s plan.
And no one — including me — is going to magically create it for you.
Motivation Isn’t Found. It’s Decided.
At some point, you have to decide:
“This matters enough for me to take action.”
And then you prove it — not with one big moment, but with small actions taken consistently.
Even when it’s inconvenient, boring, or when you don’t feel like it.
That’s where momentum actually comes from.
A Hard Truth Most People Avoid
If you constantly resist the actions required to reach your goal…
there’s a good chance the goal doesn’t actually matter to you.
And that’s okay — but you need to be honest about it.
Because you can’t build consistency around something you’re not truly bought into.
“Clear is Kind”
We have a rule in my circle:
Clear is kind.
Be clear with others.
Be even clearer with yourself.
That might mean admitting:
You don’t actually care about the goal you set
You’ve been avoiding the work
You’re letting other people’s opinions hold you back
Because sometimes, growth looks like doing things that make other people uncomfortable.
It might mean ignoring opinions that don’t serve you or outgrowing environments that keep you stuck.
More often than not, it’s choosing a different path than the people around you
And yes — that can be uncomfortable.
But staying the same when you know you want more?
That’s uncomfortable too.
Your Life Is Moving Either Way
Your days are going to pass regardless.
The question is:
Are you doing anything with them?
You don’t need a complete overhaul.
You don’t need the perfect plan.
You need:
- A clear goal
- A real reason why it matters
- One small action, repeated daily
Start there.
Get It Out of Your Head
If you’re serious about change:
Get off your phone & grab a notebook.
Write down your goal.
If it doesn’t feel right — change it. Nothing is set in stone.
But if you don’t choose a direction?
An outcome will be chosen for you.
Ready to Actually Move Forward?
If you’ve read this and thought,
“Yeah… I’ve decided. I just don’t know how to execute,”
That’s where I can help.
You don’t need more information.
You need clarity, structure, and support.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start working toward something that actually matters to you—
Let’s take what’s in your head and turn it into a clear, actionable plan you can follow.
