As many rounds as possible –
90 seconds of work
5 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
7 Push-ups
9 Box jumps (24″)

90 second rest, and repeat the above once more

Rest 5 mins repeat 2 more times for a total of 6 sets of 90 seconds of work
