Male: 4 x7-6-5-5 rest 2-3 mins
Female: 4 x 8-7-6-6 rest 2-3 mins

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:
115/135 pound Clean, 12 reps
9 Ring Dips
Rest 3 mins, repeat once

Rest 5, then repeat the above once more for a total of 4 rounds.
