Complete 4 Rounds of the following.
As many rounds as possible in 30 seconds:
35 pound Dumbbell Thrusters, 12 reps
10 CrossFit Football burpees
Rest 30 seconds

Rest 2 minutes and repeat the above one more time

Rest 5 minutes
