As a team complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 25 mins

20 Pull-ups
40 Push-ups
60 Squat
80 Walking Lunge

Only half of the team may work at at time.

Teams MUST self correct. If a coach has to ‘no-rep’ anyone on the team the entire team must do 20 burpees each before continuing the workout.
