Volume Pull-ups

Complete 8 rounds of the following for time. Double Unders, 50 reps
50 pound Dumbbell snatces, 10 reps (5/5)

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
Clean 3 rep @ 70% 1 rep max

In between each set perform 5 ‘perfect’ push-ups.
