Teams of two:

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
Row while your partner completes as many 20 pound Wallballs (10” target) as possible. Switch every 200m.

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many double unders as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performs 50 pound dumbbell snatches.
Switch every 12 snatches.

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many push-ups as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performes AirDynes for caloires. Switch every 20 caloires.

Your score is the total number of Wallballs, Double Unders and Push-ups completed.
