Rest 3 minutes
Complete as many double unders as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performs 50 pound dumbbell snatches.
Switch every 12 snatches.
Rest 3 minutes
Complete as many push-ups as possible in 8 minutes while your partner performes AirDynes for caloires. Switch every 20 caloires.
Your score is the total number of Wallballs, Double Unders and Push-ups completed.
