Compete 4 rounds of the following:
40 pound Dumbbell Swings, 30 reps
20 sit-ups*
40 pound Alternating 1-handed Dumbbell snatches** 10

Record time to complete each round.
Rounds 1-3 are ‘completed’ when the first rep (Dumbbell Swing) of the next round begins. Round 4 is completed on the 8th snatch.
*One Dumbbell for the whole workout. Only use the Dumbell you swing/snatch for anchoring sit-ups.
**these are FULL snatches.
