Team Workout – Teams of 3-4
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:Squat, AMREP
Spider Crawl, 80 feet
Hand-Releease Push-up, AMREP
Lunge, 80 feet

Athletes 1 and 2 start at the Squat and push-up stations and work until relieved by athlete 3 who will crawl or lunge between stations. The relieved athlete will then immediately move to the next station relieving the 3rd athlete.
Your score is the total number of Squats and Push Ups divided by the number of members on your team.
