Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge, high carry
50 pound Dumbbell power cleans, 10 reps
2 minutes of rest and repeat the above once more.
Rest 5 mins repeat above 1 more times for a total of 4 sets of work.
