Skill Work: Toes to Bar
Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes:
55 pound Dumbbell Swing, 15 reps
20″ Box Jump Step down, 12 reps
Toes to bar, 10 reps

2 minutes of rest, and repeat the above once more.
Rest 5 minutes repeat above 1 more times for a total of 4 sets of work.
