Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:
185 pound low sled push 140 feet
Row for calories
2 member row for calories while the third member push a 185 pound low sled push 140 feet using the low handles.
Score is equal to total calories rowed divided by the number of members on the team.
If the sled pusher stops rowing must also stop until the sled is moving again
