Sit-ups, max reps
In 18 minutes athlete’s one and two execute as many Sit-ups and Body-Rows as possible while athlete AG walks 70 feet.
Athlete’s one and two can only work while athlete three is AG walking.
The teams score is the total number of Sit-ups and Body-Rows completed in the 18 minutes.
