In teams of 3-4, complete the following for time:
200 Pull-ups
300 Push-ups
400 Sit-ups
500 Squats
Between each exercise, the TEAM must carry a punching bag locked out overhead 400m. The bag may not touch the ground during the 400m carry.
If it does the 400m carry must be reset and restarted.
