Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes:
5 sets of the complex
Power Clean, 1 rep
Front-Squat, 1rep
Push-Press, 1 rep
Back squat, 1 rep
Push-Press, 1 rep

After completing 5 sets of the complex, low bear crawl, 80 feet
Post loads used to comments.
