35 pound Dumbbell swings, 30 reps
Complete as many pull-ups as possible
Rest 3 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
CrossFit Football Burpees
Team score is the total number of Thrusters, Pull-ups and Burpees completed.
