Team Workout:
Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes
50 Squats
Lunge 100′
50 sit-ups
Bear Crawl 100′
50 body rows
Run 400 meters
Only one team mate may work on the squats, sit-ups or body rows at at time.
Lunges, Bear Crawls and run must be performed as a team.
